Co pl\u00e1nujeme a jak? Zhubnout, p\u0159ibrat, vyr\u00fdsovat, cestovat, vyd\u011blat&#8230; Vn\u00edm\u00e1m to poka\u017ed\u00e9 jako ur\u010dit\u00fd tlak, tla\u010d\u00ed m\u011b to n\u011bkam, kam nev\u00edm, jestli chci.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b proto, \u017ee t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 pravideln\u011b ke konci roku, tedy od V\u00e1noc do konce prosince, na sob\u011b pozoruji&nbsp;<strong>daleko v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fanavu.<\/strong> Chu\u0165 ned\u011blat absolutn\u011b nic. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed den v tomto obdob\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 tak, \u017ee se vzbud\u00edm, kdy chci, a sn\u00edd\u00e1m, kdy chci a co chci. Vlastn\u011b m\u00e1m chu\u0165 vyl\u00e9zat z hiberna\u010dn\u00ed polohy pouze kv\u016fli j\u00eddlu nebo nav\u0161t\u00edven\u00ed on\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tento rok nebyl v\u00fdjimkou. C\u00edtila jsem&nbsp;<strong>nutnost do\u010derpat energii.<\/strong>&nbsp;Jedin\u00e9, co jsem d\u011blala, byly moje pravideln\u00e9 proch\u00e1zky.
