P\u0159esto zn\u00e1m ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed i lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed provedli zm\u011bnu j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku ze dne na den. Zn\u00e1m tak\u00e9 n\u011bkter\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se z veganstv\u00ed vr\u00e1tili zp\u011bt do hlavn\u00edho proudu gastronomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u010d tak, nebo tak. Rozhodn\u011b se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me a setk\u00e1v\u00e1li jsme se s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi&nbsp;<strong>ot\u00e1zkami a argumenty, pro\u010d veganstv\u00ed nem\u016f\u017ee fungovat<\/strong>. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee to s n\u00e1mi okol\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou mysl\u00ed opravdu dob\u0159e. Veganstv\u00ed je pro n\u011b nov\u00e9 a nemaj\u00ed t\u0159eba tolik znalost\u00ed. Maj\u00ed o n\u00e1s starost, cht\u011bj\u00ed n\u00e1s chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed nedostatkem \u017eivin a tak podobn\u011b. Sta\u010d\u00ed b\u00fdt jemn\u00fd a vysv\u011btlit sv\u016fj n\u00e1zor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kde vezme\u0161 b\u00edlkoviny?<\/strong>Asi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Kdy\u017e odpov\u00edm, \u017ee z lust\u011bnin, o\u0159ech\u016f a zeleniny. Lidi jen nev\u011b\u0159\u00edcn\u011b krout\u00ed hlavou. Mysl\u00ed si, \u017ee to p\u0159ece nem\u016f\u017ee sta\u010dit. Tak\u017ee je fajn v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee ze 100g hov\u011b\u017e\u00edho masa z\u00edsk\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk 14g b\u00edlkovin a ve&nbsp;<strong>100g \u010dern\u00fdch fazol\u00ed je 21g b\u00edlkovin<\/strong>. A \u017ee ta fazolov\u00e1 varianta je pro t\u011blo mnohem straviteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Jeden z d\u016fvod\u016f je ten, \u017ee v tom kousku masa je 30g tuku a ve fazol\u00edch 0,9g tuku. Tak i proto. B\u00edlkovin v potravin\u00e1ch je opravdu dost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bude ti chyb\u011bt vitam\u00edn B12, kter\u00fd je jenom v mase.<\/strong>Vitam\u00edn B12 chyb\u00ed asi 40% dne\u0161n\u00ed populace. Zdrojem B12 je bakterie, kter\u00e1 se vyskytuje v p\u016fd\u011b a pramenit\u00e9 vod\u011b. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce zv\u00ed\u0159e sn\u00ed oby\u010dejn\u00e9 tr\u00e1vy na louce a vypije vody z pramene, t\u00edm v\u00edce v sob\u011b bude m\u00edt B12. Jako dal\u0161\u00ed argument je pou\u017eit\u00ed vody, na stejn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed masa pou\u017eijeme cca 15 500l vody. Tak\u017ee si to p\u0159edstavme. Vegani si \u010dasto chystaj\u00ed sva\u010dinky, j\u00eddlo s sebou do vlastn\u00edch krabi\u010dek. Co\u017e je ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f tak\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>v\u00edce ekologick\u00e9<\/strong>, ne\u017e kupovat n\u011bco narychlo v obalech na benz\u00ednov\u00fdch pump\u00e1ch a v supermarketech. Restauraci si vyb\u00edr\u00e1 veganskou nebo vegetari\u00e1nskou. A kdy\u017e to nejde, v\u017edy si lze objednat n\u011bco z j\u00eddeln\u00edho l\u00edstku klasick\u00e9 restaurace. Jako tip jsou op\u00e9kan\u00e9 brambory s grilovanou zeleninou nebo zeleninou du\u0161enou. R\u00fd\u017ee se zeleninou. Sal\u00e1ty s olivov\u00fdm olejem. Pizza se zeleninou bez s\u00fdra. V\u017edy to jde, kdy\u017e se chce.
